Please keep in mind that while our badge reels are durable, they can break when dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.

If you receive it broken, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We pack them with care and extra bubble wrap! It will be shipped with a white protective layer on the front that can be peeled off before use.
